Naniniwala si former President Rodrigo Duterte na isang collateral damage ang pagsususpinde kay Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama dahil sa ikinakasa nitong ‘Maisug’ rally laban sa administrasyong Marcos.
Sinabi ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na posibleng binubuweltahan ng administrasyon ang ilang local government officials na nagbibigay permiso sa kanilang grupo na magsagawa ng rally sa kanilang lugar, ayon sa ulat ng Cebu Daily News.
