Tinukoy ni LTO chief Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II ang tatlong naaresto na sina Jenard Arida at Arjay Anasco, kapwa mga plate embosser, at si Valeriano Nerizon na staff sa plate making plant sa LTO Central Office sa Quezon City.
Arestado ang tatlong empleyado ng LTO dahil sa pagnanakaw ng license plate sa plantang ng ahensya sa Quezon City nitong Huwebes, Enero 25.
Iniutos din ni Mendoza ang paglulunsad ng manhunt laban kay Allan Joker Abrigo, itinuturong lider ng sindikato.
“Gaya ng ipinangako natin sa taumbayan, we will not tolerate this kind of illegal activity and we will make sure that those who would dare to continue with their wrongdoings will be caught and held responsible. The arrest of these three people is proof of that,” sabi ni Mendoza II.
