Aminado ang Philippine National Police’s Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) na nahihirapan silang hanapin si dating presidential spokesperson Atty. Harry Roque, na pinatawan ng contempt at detention order ng House Quad Committee na tumitingin sa umano’y ilegal na aktibidad ng mga Philippine offshore gaming operator (POGO).

“‘Pag nalaman na namin, usually lumilipad na. So parang naka-counter din kasi kami. We cannot divulge the exact location since kami din po ay inaabangan niya kung i-pinpoint namin kung nasaan siya. There’s a chance for him to transfer from this place to another place,” sabi ni PNP-CIDG spokesperson Lt. Colonel Imelda Reyes.

Sinabi ng Bureau of Immigration na walang inisyung hold departure order kay Roque, ngunit inilagay ito sa immigration watchlist.

“He’s not broken any laws but he is cited for contempt by the Senate (sic). So in that case he cannot be considered a fugitive but rather as a person of interest that has to show up. I have no message for him, I think it’s enough that he knows what he’s up against,” saad naman ni newly appointed Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla.

Bagamat hindi pa rin naaresto si Roque, panay pa rin ang labas nito sa kanyang social media upang batikusin ang gobyerno dahil sa umano’y panggigipit sa kanya sa isyu ng illegal Philippine offshore gaming operator (POGO).
