Ang alok na diskuwento ay bunsod ng tuluy-tuloy na malakihang taas-presyo sa produktong petrolyo sa bansa bunsod ng krisis sa Middle East.

Sinabi pa ng DOTr na posible pang palawigin ang two-month discount, depende sa magiging monitoring sa implementasyon nito sa susunod na dalawang buwan.
