“If our provisions in the Constitution restrict our ability to be part of this globalized world and to be active players therein, then there is a need to revise our Constitution,” sabi ni Carlos.
“There are chains and shackles in our Constitution that need removal,” aniya.
“If you think there should be a restart or reset of our 1987 Constitution, by every means yes! Because such move would mean a better design for achieving a high quality of life which everyone deserves. Let us build bridges to the rest of the world,” sabi ni Carlos.
