Inaprubahan ng House Committee on Justice, at Committee on National Defense and Security ang apat na resolusyon na nagpapatibay sa apat na amnesty proclamation ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. para sa mga dating miyembro ng grupong komunista at sesesyunista.
“The timely adoption of these concurrent resolutions is attuned with the spirit of hope, peace, and joy that the Christmas season brings,” pahayag ni House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez.
Dahil dito, isasalang na rin ang House Committee Resolution No. 19, 20, 21 at 22 sa plenary session upang ito ay matalakay bago magtapos ang mga pagdining ng Kamara para sa Christmas break.
Ang Committee on National Defense and Security ay pinamumunuan ni Rep. Raul Tupas habang si Rep. Loreto Acharon ang sa Committee on Justice.
