“Ever since two years old ako, I have always had a strong passion for learning and challenging myself academically po, and of course achieving academic excellence not only validates my efforts, but it also opens doors to opportunities like scholarships, which I know can alleviate the financial burden on my parents sa college years ko po,” sinabi ni Anthonette sa Pilipinas Today nang makapanayam via Messenger nitong Hulyo 14.

“I also want to make my parents proud po, as their only child. There are individuals din naman po who believe that I am capable of accomplishing more and achieving greater things. Above all else, I aim to demonstrate that through prayer and faith in God makakaya at makakaya mo talaga,” paliwanag ni Anthonette.

“I actively engage in community service through my involvement with the barangay and cooperatives. Also, I participate in pageantry and run an online selling business. I often play the keyboard during Sunday services at the church, and occasionally have the opportunity to deliver sermons po,” aniya.

Historymaker

“I have gained recognition as the history maker of my school. This is because, for the first time, a student has achieved the highest honors with a grade of 99. It was not an easy feat to accomplish, especially considering that I struggled with anxiety during my Grade 12 days. However, with the help of God and the people around me, I was able to overcome it, I take great pride in the legacy I have created po,” ayon kay Anthonette.

“But actually po if titingnan talaga, what I am most proud of is the current support system I have. It is rare to find individuals who are genuinely supportive. These are the people who have believed in me even when I doubted myself. Their faith in me has given me the confidence to share my achievements putting me to this very moment,” sabi ni Anthonette.

Time management tips

“I prioritize my tasks po by determining which ones are the most important and urgent. Mas priority ko po if it is related sa church, then acads, and d’yan na insert ang mga extras. And to keep track of them po, I create checkboxes in my notes and include the deadline date and time. Once I complete a task, I simply click the checkbox to mark it as done,” paliwanag ng Anthonette.

“Always give your best effort in everything you do, as if it is your last chance to showcase your abilities. Afterward, trust in God to handle the rest. However, remember to prioritize your peace and health, as pushing yourself too hard can be detrimental din po.

“Keep in mind that everyone has their own time to shine. Lastly, declare and receive the promise of God that “the Lord shall make you the head, and not the tail”.
