Isinumite na ng Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) sa Department of Justice (DOJ) ang mga dokumento ng imbestigasyon kaugnay sa maanomalyang flood control scandal.
Pinangunahan ni ICI Chairperson Andres Reyes Jr. ang pag-turnover sa DOJ ng mga dokumento ng imbestigasyon hinggil sa flood control scandal ngayong Lunes, Marso 23.
Ayon kay DOJ Spokesperson Atty. Polo Martinez, ang mga dokumentong isinumite ng ICI ay katulad ng mga nauna na nilang ibinigay sa Office of the Ombudsman.
“Justice Reyes provided a comprehensive report on what transpired in the months-long investigation, kasama na d’yan ‘yong breakdown, outlining of the nine referrals they had with the Ombudsman,” saad ni Martinez.
Matatandaang inanunsyo rin ni Reyes na hanggang Marso 31 na lamang ang operasyon ng ICI, “to complete the necessary administrative processes related to its wind down.”
