Nanawagan si House Deputy Majority Leader at La Union 1st District Rep. Paolo Ortega V kay Vice President Sara Duterte at sa kanyang mga kaalyado na itigil ang pang-aabuso sa mga legal na proseso sa desperadong tangkang ilihis ang atensyon ng publiko mula sa kanyang impeachment case.
“If the Vice President is truly innocent, she should face the charges head-on and explain herself to the Filipino people, instead of resorting to harassment tactics. The public deserves the truth, not distractions,” pahayag ni Ortega.
“This is a clear abuse of legal processes. Instead of addressing the serious allegations of corruption and misuse of public funds, the Vice President and her camp are wasting the time of our courts with frivolous cases designed to harass those who simply did their duty,” sabi ni Rep. Ortega.
“Sana harapin na lamang ni VP Duterte ang lahat ng nilalaman ng impeachment na iniwasan niya noon sa imbestigasyon ng Kamara,” dagdag pa ni Ortega.
