Idinaan na lamang sa pagtawa ni President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. nang tanungin kung diretsahan ba niyang itatanggi ang akusasyon ni dating pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na gumagamit umano siya ng illegal drugs: “I won’t even dignify the question.”
“I think it’s the fentanyl,” sagot ni President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. sa akusasyon ni dating pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na dati raw nasa drug watchlist ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) si Marcos.
“It is highly addictive and it has very serious side effects. And PRRD has been taking the drug for a very long time now. When was the last time he told us that he was taking fentanyl? Mga five, six years ago? Something like that. After five, six years it has to affect him.
“Kaya palagay ko kaya nagkakaganyan. I hope his doctors take better care of him, hindi pinapabayaan itong mga nagiging problema,” sabi ni Marcos.
Noong Presidente pa ng bansa, minsang inamin ni Duterte na gumagamit siya ng fentanyl, at inilarawan pa nga ang paggamit ng buong fentanyl patch sa pakiramdam na “in paradise.”
