Sinimulan na ng Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB) ang paghahanda para sa nalalapit na holiday rush ng mga biyahero kasabay ng pagrerepaso ang halos 500 special permit at pagsasagawa ng mga terminal inspections simula Disyembre 21.
“All of the terminals and all of their units will be inspected and must be compliant to our memorandum circular in terms of terminal facilities,” ayon kay LTFRB spokesperson Celine Pialago.
Sinabi ni LTFRB spokesperson Celine Pialago ngayong Biyernes, Disyermbre 8, na may kabuuang 428 operators ang nag-apply para sa special permits na may kabuuang 1,090 units sa buong bansa.
“The LTFRB will check if you have drop off and pick up areas for private vehicles, if there are CCTV cameras, online ticketing and dispatching, detailed schedule of trips, sufficient number of security personnel, enough ramps for PWDs,” ani pa ni Pialago.
