Pinabulaanan ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang mga espekulasyon na may inilabas umanong “shoot-to-kill” order laban kay Senator Ronald ‘Bato’ dela Rosa, na nahaharap sa kasong crimes against humanity sa International Criminal Court (ICC).
“May I remind the public to only share and believe information coming from verified and official sources. Wala pong shoot-to-kill order na inilalabas,” ani PNP Spokesperson Col. Allen Rae Co sa panayam sa media ngayong Martes, Nobyembre 3.
“We will do everything within the law,” pagtitiyak pa ni Co.
Nang matanong naman kung may lead na ang pulisya sa kinaroroonan ng senador: “We have made our position known and very clearly about the manhunt. We will be providing update at the appropriate time,” aniya.
Una nang naglaan ang Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) ng P50 milyon cash reward para sa makakatulong sa pag-aresto kay Dela Rosa.
