Pormal nang kinasuhan ang negosyante na si Charlie “Atong” Ang noong Disyembre 19, ng kidnapping with homicide at kidnapping with serious illegal detention kaugnay sa kaso ng mga nawawalang sabungero.
“Under the Revised Rules of Criminal Procedure, the courts wherein the Informations are filed will issue the corresponding warrants of arrest upon its determination of the existence of probable cause based on the evidence submitted and the resolution by the panel of prosecutors,” ayon kay DOJ spokesperson Atty. Polo Martinez.
Ito ay kinumpima ni Department of Justice (DOJ) spokesperson Atty. Polo Martinez nitong Lunes, Disyembre 22.
Aniya, inihain ito sa Regional Trial Courts (RTCs) ng Lipa City sa Batangas; at sa Santa Cruz at San Pablo sa Laguna.
