“For the record, 18 out of 18 transactions randomly selected from the annexes of Sinumpaang Salaysay of Honorable Trillanes were confirmed by the AMLC,” saad ni House Committee on Justice Chairperson Gerville Luistro.
Kinumpirma ng Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) na ang 18 na “random” na piniling transaction mula sa mga annex ni dating Senador Antonio “Sonny” Trillanes IV sa kanyang sinumpaang salaysay ay tumutugma sa mga rekord na hawak ng konseho.
Naganap ang paglilinaw sa pagdinig ng House Committee on Justice nitong Miyerkules, Abril 22, matapos random na pumili si Mamamayang Liberal (ML) Rep. Leila de Lima ng ilang entry mula sa mga dokumento ni Trillanes upang itanong kay AMLC Executive Director Ronel Buenaventura kung may kaparehong mga transaksyon sa kanilang database.
“We informed that on October 25, 2011, there is a transaction in the amount of ₱7,440,846.07… On April 24, 2012, we informed that there is a transaction in the amount of ₱7,440,846.07,” kumpirmasyon naman ni Buenaventura.
“So nakita po natin na na-confirm po ng AMLC ‘yung mga entries na randomly selected from the annexes. Gusto ko rin i-put on record po, Madam Chair, na actually marami po ito,” saad naman ni De Lima.
