Sinabi ni Ramil Madriaga na hindi inabot ng isang buong araw ang pagdi-“dispose” niya ng P125 milyon halaga ng confidential funds mula sa Office of the Vice President (OVP), sa utos umano ni Vice President Sara Duterte.
“The message here is that the Supreme Court does not want at this stage to intervene in the proceedings in the House of Representatives at a committee level,” saad ni Azcuna.
Nilinaw ni Madriaga na siya “personally disposed” ang nasabing halaga sa iba’t ibang personalidad, pero hindi siya mismo ang gumastos ng pera at “sila na ang gumamit.”
