Ibinunyag ni Ramil Madriaga ang umano’y pagpayag noong 2021 ni dating pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na mag-running mate ang kanyang anak na si Vice President Sara Duterte kay President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. “for a plan of retaking the presidency from BBM by year 2025.”
“In the event that BBM refused to honor the agreement and opted not to relinquish his post as president, extraordinary measures of overthrowing BBM should be considered like impeachment, assassin*tion by poisoning or any other means,” pahayag ni Madriaga sa kanyang 3-pahinang sworn affidavit na may petsang Abril 11, 2026.
Ito, ayon kay Madriaga, ay para magkaroon si VP Sara ng apat na taong magsisilbi bilang pangulo ng bansa kapalit ni PBBM at maaari pa itong tumakbo sa pagkapangulo sa 2028.
“In the event that BBM refused to honor the agreement and opted not to relinquish his post as president, extraordinary measures of overthrowing BBM should be considered like impeachment, assassin*tion by poisoning or any other means and by the use of People Power that will be triggered by FPRRD with participation of active and retired AFP and PNP officers,” pagbubunyag pa ni Madriaga sa kanyang sulat.
“A scheme of assassination of government officials will be the top priority to spearhead civil unrest, followed by civil disobedience,” dagdag detalye ni Madriaga sa umano’y plano ng dating presidente, kung saan ang “social unrest” umano ang magbibigay-daan para sa isang kudeta ng militar.
“Malacanang palace will be undersiege where BBM’s presidency will be inutile. BBM will be thereafter assassin*ted if he opted not to step down and do a self exile to US,” sabi pa ni Madriaga.
