Sinabi ni Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) Chairman retired Justice Andres Reyes Jr. na sa kabila ng kakulangan sa mga tauhan, kagamitan, at kaukulang batas na magsisilbing gabay sa kanila, sinisikap pa rin ng komisyon na maging maayos, mabilis, at patas ang imbestigasyon tungkol sa multi-bilyong pisong anomalya sa flood control projects.
“We will go on livestream next week once we are able to have the technical capabilities with us already,” sabi ni Reyes sa kanyang pagharap sa Senado noong Miyerkules, Oktubre 22.
“ICI is only 39 days old. For the last 21 days we only have three lawyers. And now we have some volunteers from the PAO and the other agencies,” sabi ni Reyes.
“But we will try our best to be able to full blast the investigation on all these fraud,” dagdag niya.
