Humiling ang Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) sa Department of Justice (DOJ) na mag-issue ng immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) laban sa 19 pang indibidwal, kaugnay sa pagpapatuloy ng imbestigasyon ng komisyon sa flood control scam.
“On October 13, 2025, the ICI sent a request to the Department of Justice for the issuance of an ILBO against the following individuals,” mababasa sa press release ng ICI.
Ayon sa ICI, nagsumite na sila ng ILBO request sa DOJ nitong Lunes, Oktubre 13, para sa mga naturang indibidwal kung saan kabilang dito ang ilang district engineers.
