Kinumpirma ng Department of Justice (DOJ) sa kanilang press statement noong Biyernes, Setyembre 26, na inirekomenda na ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang mga sumusunod na indibidwal para sa case build-up sa National Prosecution Service (NPS) kaugnay sa maanomalyang flood control projects:
“The Department of Justice (DOJ) today confirms that, on the strength of sworn affidavits executed before the DOJ and the NBI, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has recommended the prosecution of the following individuals for case build-up with the National Prosecution Service (NPS),” saad sa press statement ng DOJ.
