“Under our rules, puwedeng by a vote of five senators, ibabalik ang impeachment at ilalagay sa Order of Business. So puwedeng ganu’n ang mechanism,” paliwanag ni Gatchalian.
Aniya, sa ilalim umano ng Senate rules ay puwede na sa boto ng limang senador ay maibabalik ang impeachment case.
Ito ay matapos ang naging desisyon ng Senado na i-archive ang impeachment complaint laban kay VP Sara sa botong 19-4-1.
