Aminado si Batangas 2nd District Representative at impeachment trial prosecutor Gerville Luistro na nalabuan sila sa direktiba ng Senado sa Kamara na magsumite ng certification na sinunod nito ang Konstitusyon nang ihain ang Articles of Impeachment laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.
“Medyo ang prosecution panel po ay nalalabuan dito sa naging order ng impeachment court kagabi,” sabi ni Luistro sa ginanap na press conference sa Kamara noong Miyerkules, Hunyo 11.
“We resolved to seek the clarification of the impeachment court,” dagdag niya.
Aniya, hindi rin nilabag ng Kamara ang “one-year prohibition rule” sa paghahain ng impeachment complaint sa Senado.
