Inaprubahan na ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang 2025 Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) ng mga government employee bilang pagkilala sa kanilang serbisyo at katapatan sa trabaho.
Batay sa Administrative Order No. 40, ang one-time SRI na maaaring umabot sa P20,000 ay ibibigay sa employees ng Executive branch, kabilang ang civilian employees ng national government agencies, state universities and colleges (SUCs), at regular, contractual, o casual positions sa government-owned o government-controlled corporations.
Makatatanggap din ng SRI ang Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) at ang mga uniformed personnel ng Philippine National Police (PNP), Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).
Kasama rin sa makatatanggap ng naturang incentive ang mga uniformed personnel ng Bureau of Corrections (BuCor), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), at National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA).
Magsisimulang ipatupad ang SRI sa Lunes, Disyembre 15.
