“If proven true, we trust that the Philippine Government will act in accordance with the rule of law, and that any such action shall first pass through the proper local judicial confirmation process consistent with our Constitution,” giit ni Torreon.

“At this point we do not have independent information as to whether or not this information is accurate. We therefore urge the public and the media to exercise caution and restraint in sharing… such reports until verified information is officially released… by the ICC itself,” saad ni Torreon sa isang pahayag nitong Sabado, Nobyembre 8.

“The ICC can’t confirm such news. ICC news can be found only on ICC official communications channels and press releases, where you could see that only one case to date has been opened, against Mr. Duterte,” pahayag ni El Abdallah nitong Lunes, Nobyembre 10.
