Ibinasura ng Pasig Regional Trial Court (RTC) ang motion for hospital arrest ni Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) founder Apollo Quiboloy sa Philippine Heart Center o Medical City sa pamamagitan ng isang order na may petsang Oktubre 8, 2025.
“The records clearly establish that his medical needs are being adequately and consistently attended to while in the custody of the Pasig City Jail, and that he continues to receive appropriate, timely, and sufficient medical care…under the supervision of competent medical professionals,” saad sa order ng Pasig RTC.
Ayon umano sa records, nabibigyan ng sapat na atensyon ang medical needs ng pastor sa kabila ng kanyang pananatili sa Pasig City Jail at nabibigyan din siya ng sapat na medical care sa supervision ng mga competent medical professionals.
Nakasaad naman sa request ni Quiboloy na nakaranas siya ng “persistent shortness of breath, accompanied by intermittent fever, muscle pain, and cough while in detention,” ngunit ayon sa korte, na-clear na ang pastor ng isang ospital noong Setyembre.
Kasalukuyang nahaharap ang pastor sa kasong qualified human trafficking na isang non-bailable offense sa ilalim ng Section 4(a) ng Republic Act No. 9208.
